fantastic location breakfast options small room street noise
the location was fantastic, steps from the tram line, made getting to and from the airport simple. the breakfast had many options, and the staff kept it well-stocked (i especially liked the pastries!).
My room seemed smaller than expected, and space around the bed was quite tight. the soundproofing wasn't great. Street noise was noticeable, especially early in the morning.

convenient location beautiful view
The location proved convenient for accessing the train station. they thoughtfully upgraded our roomwith a beautiful view. dining suggestions they provided were excellent. They really enhanced our evenings.
i noticed sounds and voices from outside throughout the night. this made it a little hard to fall asleep easily. perhaps better soundproofing could address this issue .

The staff was friendly and always available. check-in was easy. They provided all necessary information in a detailed manner. they answered all our questions. I felt welcome.

Common rooms had beautiful decorations. Many precious clocks were on display. the decor reflected history and tradition of the area. the restoration was skillful. It kept the original complex charm.

The breakfast room is elegant. It had an incomparable view of the square. the breakfast offered many options. Fresh food was available every morning. the coffee tasted excellent.

the hotel sits just off piazza santa maria novella. the location provided easy access to the train station within a short walk. it is central but away from major crowds.

Our room included fine leather furniture. I noticed a well-equipped bathroom. high-quality cosmetic products were available. This added a luxurious touch. everything seemed very well maintained and clean.
